The Group maintains its daily operations and designs strategies based on honesty, professional integrity and its resolute ethical mindset. A legal and compliance cell exists to aid this vital component of our organizational infrastructure.

This cell does not work in isolation but draws inputs from the finance and operations departments. This ensures the implementation of policies in the daily working of the various business units – recycling and aluminum alloy manufacturing.

The local laws governing our various offices might differ due to geographical differences, but the legal and compliance requirements focus on the execution of three main processes: prevention, detection and response.

Reviews of operational, financial and commercial resources are carried out and upgraded on a regular basis. In addition, the departments including human resource, legal and compliance take an active interest in these procedures. The code of transparency incorporated within the Group’s corporate ethics is a further advantage that facilitates the corporate governance module.
